Directions
  • Adults: Chew 3 tablets up to 3 times daily to supplement the fiber content of your diet.
  • 12 yrs. to adult - 3 tablets up to 3 times daily. Not to exceed 9 tablets per day.
  • 6 to11 yrs. - 1 1/2 tablets up to 3 times daily. Not to exceed 4 1/2 tablets per day.
  • Under 6 yrs. - Ask your doctor

Store at controlled room temperature 20-25C (68-77F). Protect from excessive heat and moisture.
