Dr. Dan's Cortibalm

For itching and inflammation due to dry skin, sunburn or cosmetics. If your lips are severely chapped due to medications such as Accutane, or weather, cosmetics or sunburn, the ingredients in ordinary lip balms may irritate them and prevent healing. This lip balm contains hydrocortisone, which is effective in treating severely chapped lips that are the result of the side effects of Accutane or other causes; however, it should not be used for cold sores or fever blisters.
Directions

Adults and children 2 years and older, apply to lips not more than 3 or 4 times daily.
