Directions

Wipe inside of shoe clean.

Remove clear plastic backing from bottom of insole.

Insert insole inside each shoe, lining up the heel of the insole with the heel of the shoe and lining up the raised arch with the inner edge of the shoe.

Replace every 6 months.

If insole gets dirty, wipe clean.
