Directions:
For selecting the right size brace: Measure leg circumference 6 inches above mid knee cap with a measuring tape. Large Knee Brace: Will fit 20. 5 inches - 23 inches circumference. For wearing the brace: Open package and remove brace from sealed plastic bag. Discard plastic bag. Open brace overflap. Pull brace over knee joint; Pro-Therapy logo should be at the bottom of the brace. Orient the brace so that the center hole of the web compartment fits over knee-cap. Close overflap and secure snugly but not tightly using the tabs. For use with Icy Hot Pro-Therapy Therapeutic Disks: With brace in place over knee, open the overflap exposing the web. Place one Icy Hot Pro-Therapy Therapeutic Disk directly on the web. Close overflap and secure snugly but not tightly using the tabs. Care: Hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent. Allow to air dry. Do not put in dryer.
