Metamucil Clear Natural Powder Sugar Free

Clear and Natural fiber supplement is virtually undetectable in almost anything - giving you the freedom to add it to most of your favorite beverages, foods or recipes. Just a simple shake, sprinkle or spoonful is all it takes to get your daily fiber. Sugar free. Not a low calorie product.
Directions

1 heaping teaspoon, up to 3 times daily. Each heaping teaspoon contains 5 grams of fiber. Mix in Liquid: Stir 1 heaping teaspoon briskly in 8 oz or more of water or other beverage. Product dissolves best in room temperature or warmer liquid, dissolves slower in cold liquid. Not recommended for carbonated beverages. New Users: Start with 1 serving per day as your body adjusts to the extra fiber in your diet and gradually increase up to 3 servings per day. Cooking and Baking: Add desired amount directly to foods as you prepare them. For best results, use in moist foods or recipes. Adults 12 yrs. and older: 1 heaping teaspoon, up to 3 times daily. 6 - 11 yrs.: 1/2 adult serving, up to 3 times daily. Under 6 yrs.: Consult a doctor. Store at room temperature with lid tightly closed.
