Mueller Instant Cold Pack

Fast-acting, cold compress is ideal for first aid and sports injuries. Cold therapy is recommended to help relieve pain, reduce swelling, and speed recovery. Follow standard 'R.I.C.E therapy' - rest, apply ice, compression elevate injured area. Helps soothe minor bumps, cuts, scrapes, bruises, burns, muscle aches, strains, sprains, insect bites, headaches, and toothaches. Ammonium nitrate free. Easy to use - portable pack 6 in x 9 in (15.2cm - 22.8cm).
Directions

Easy to Use: Shake it - shake contents to bottom of bag. Break it - hold away from body and squeeze sides with both hands. Mix it - shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds to mix. Wrap it - wrap or cover pack with protective material; apply to injured area. See detailed instructions on product.
