Nature's Bounty 5-HTP 100 mg Capsules Double Strength

5-HTP is a precursor to serotonin, a neurotransmitter involved in sending messages through the nervous system. This formula also includes B vitamins to promote nervous system health and the herb Valerian.
Directions
