Directions:
Adults and children 12 years of age and over: apply to affected area; change pad 1 to 2 times daily.
Children under 12 years: ask a doctor
How to Apply:
clean and dry affected area
cut open pouch and remove pad
if desired, cut pad to size
to peel back protective film, hold pad between fingers and gently push with thumb in a down and outward motion
remove protective film while applying pad directly to site of pain.
Store unused pads in the pouch. Reseal pouch after opening.
